Webb5 juli 2016 · I’ve been told tsh does not need fasting. Although I’ve always done my blood tests first thing in the mornings and fasted. I did however take my thyroid medication in the morning as I’ve been taking them for years so not taking it one day isn’t going to make a difference as the t4 is in the body (for a week from what I have heard).
