In the third installment you had that number called IC that you needed to produce and supply divisions. You didn't have specific production lines nor there was a choice between civilian and military build-up since here was only IC. WebSep 9, 2014 · Yup - HoI2's AI was a bit step up from HoI1's, but HoI3's AI was a step up again. My main motivation for any new strategy game is generally the quality of the AI (although the air war and equipment in HoI4 do look tasty), and it's the quality of the AI that usually makes it hard to go back as well.

Want simple life ,easier AI and much more interesting production/equipment - HOI4. HoI4 also focuses more on alternate history paths through ‘focus trees’ which every country has and Which pretty much guides the direction of the game. A larger map allowing for more manoeuvre and a larger sense of scale.
