WebCanrefer: an online directory for General practitioners, patients and carers to find referral information for specialist multidisciplinary cancer teams in NSW eviQ: a portal for cancer treatments, providing evidence-based chemotherapy protocols, treatment information and tools at the point of care. WebThe toolkit is designed to assist staff to identify and prioritise the presenting problems of adult cancer patients contacting 24-hour advice lines. The Toolkit uses a Red , Amber and Green (RAG) scoring system which can be used to standardly assess, triage and direct patients to appropriate care.
